² In the same condition(flat fibers width:2.5mm, time is one hour, normal speed) our loom production capacity is 130.5 meters. four shuttle circular loom is 90 meters;
2. Power consumption is lower
² The main motor of our loom is 3 kw, four shuttle loom is 4.5kw. it is 1.5 times as us; our machine weaving 10,000 meters only consume 200kw·h power.
3. Low spare parts cost
² Due to the fours shuttle circular loom, its rotation speed is very high, so the shaking of machine is high, and some parts broken rate is very high, the cost of spare parts on one machine is over 2500 RMB per year. Our looms only 500~800 RMB, over three time to us;
4. Low machine stopping rate
² At the same condition, our machine stopping rate is 25%~40% lower to the four shuttle circular loom and some China plane cam six-shuttle circular loom;
5. Electric parts is much better than theirs
² Our circular loom main engine take the frequency converter to control speed, which manufactured by the Taiwan ensure its good quality. Shuttle wheel material are from the Germany. With the automatic stop device and alarm device, when the warp broken, finished or the weft broken, finished, our machine will stop immediately, and alarm, also show you the area by light;
6. Wider width weaving scope
² Can weave 160mm width super narrow fabric, also can weave 38 gram per square maters super thin fabric;
7. With patent right assure customer's benefit.
² Till this year, we already have rewarded three famous patent right, such as rolling column track structure, double guiding slip block structure and plastic pale frame technology.
